This Self-lubricating Sliding Bearing is with POM Coating, Steel backing and Sintered Bronze layer. It has good self-lubricating, good wear-resistance, low coefficient of friction and good corrosion resistance. The products are widely used in metallurgical machinery, continuous casting mills, cement grouting machines, screw conveyor.
1. 0.01~0.03mm thick PTFE/lipophilic fiber mixture on the surface, has good self-lubricating properties, with better oil molecules adsorption capacity than metal materials, so the material has excellent boundary lubrication properties. The boundary lubrication film has high carrying capacity. Under higher load, only a small amount of grease can reduce the friction coefficient less than 0.05. And because the polyoxymethrin can be transferred to the journal surface to fill the microscopic unevenness, which improves the journal surface finish, to further reduce wear and tear.
2. 0.20-0.35mm thick sintered bronze powder, transfer heat generated during operation from the bearing surface, also improves the bonding strength between the PTFE-Fibre mixture and the substrate.
3. Low-carbon steel backing has exceptionally high load carrying capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
4. 0.002mm thick Copper/Tin plating, provides good corrosion resistance.
